What I learned today

What I learned today from spending a couple of hours casting, in no particular order.

It's been a looooooonnngggg time since I've cast, I am way, way out of practice.

I love my little Lee pots.

I need to get better organized and figure out a proper layout, I forgot how important rhythm is.

My "magic" molds still work just fine and the new one I picked up years ago and never used is magical as well!
(It's a 6n cavity aluminum for 38 Special etc. just throws beautiful boolits.

I'd forgotten how much I enjoy the silver stream.

Better than me, I got a call from my cousin that she had a water leak in her basement. I remembered just why I don't like repairing plumbing.

At least it was in the basement, and we weren't laying on our backs in mud with about a half inch of clearance between us and the floor joists.
