Didn't recognize the box, had to google it. Yah, those were tough for kids to do the throwing with. I bought one somewhere a few years ago for deco in the garage. Ebay is full of them from under $10 up to $80, guess they aren't quite collectible yet. The red plastic ones, (maybe late 70s early 80s, might still be made) seemed to be much easier to throw with...much easier to manufacture too.

We had the thrower but the box was long gone. The first time I had use of a thrower that sat on the ground and was powered by a large spring was the last time I used the hand thrower !

I put my time in with one of those.

When I discovered the nearest town 35 miles away had a rod and gun club with 3 trap houses and a skeet range I joined.
Never went back to the hand thrower.

I started on one of the red plastic ones from K-Mart I think, you had to get the wrist flick just right to make the birds really fly.
