the winchester and browning 1895 in 45/70 can you use reloading data for the browning 78 and ruger #1 ? they look very simmer to the browning 78+ i see that the 1885 comes in mag cals

Winchester & Browning M-1895's were never made in .45-70, but if you meant the M-1885 - then the answer is YES, you can use the same load data as for Ruger #1's, etc.
