Any problems shooting OE 1.5 in my Uberti Schofield in 45 Colt?

No probably not, but 2f would work better.

I though a 45 Colt ctg wouldn’t fit in a Schofield chamber.

1.5 fg is for shotguns or large bore rifles with long (longer than a handgun) barrels.

Try to find some O.E. In 2 fg or 3 fg. I have used both in my Ruger New Vaquero’s I like the O.E.2 fg the best for accuracy in rifle & revolvers but the 3 fg is a little faster in the revolvers.

It's a Schofield replica but chambered in 45 Colt actually could shoot either cartridge if I could find some Schofield brass. I'll probably have to order some 2F if I stay with BP for the Schofield. I did load some up with the 1.5F and can get 30gn in the case w/just a slight compression with no wad and 1 or 2/16ths compression with a .30wad. Made up 10 of each to go try.

Go shoot them, I use O.E. 1.5 in 44-40 with excellent results .
