Was at the Dr the other day and we talked about my knee replacement that I had done in October. I said I would like to see that done and he said go to Youtube 'cause its there. I sigh in and google wants info and says I need to set up an account. Anyone know if there is a charge for this? Or do they need info to fill up my emails?

It's free, but you shouldn't need to register to watch a video.

Just type "knee replacement surgery youtube" into a search engine and watch the video. Don't give google anything. And if you want a search engine that does not spy on you use duck duck go.
Hope this helps you and your knee!

You sure you want to watch one? Wife and I watched a knee replacement before her Dad had his first. It was pretty hard to watch.

I've already had mine done so it won't be too hard to watch.

Yeah, but you might need the other one done some day. I saw the tools sitting off to the side before they knocked me out. That confirmed everything I expected. Sorta surgery by Black and Decker.

It's like seeing how sausage or laws are made.

You need a strong stomach to watch it.

I am not a squeamish person, but I watched a video of a hip replacement, and all was okay with the saw, the hollowing out, and such....but when the hammer came out, I freaked. I had no idea they drove that shaft into the bone with so much force, so I was unprepared! Oh, yeah, I was informed that I will probably be needing my hips replaced in about 5 years. Joy and rapture....NOT!

adult content, that's why. They don't want younger people seeing any thing at nc - 17 etc.

I'm 45 and already need a total knee replacement.

Im currently doing the gel shots every six months. To help.

I've watched the videos and none of it really bothered me.

But I've also seen several autopsys soooo no biggie.

My dentist just recently did the “stem cell” thing. I’m watching closely to see how it works for him.

If you want to watch something that will make ya cringe watch a video on the implantation of an artificial urinary sphincter.

I'm on my third one and still can't watch that video. It's bad enough living with the after affects of the surgery.
