Has anybody worked up loads for the 32 H&R with the heavy 120 grain bullet and lil gun? I have a Ruger single six that I hot rod when I first got it with the loads Skeeter Skelton Wrote about but haven’t shot in years. I think the old load was 9+ grains o AA#7 with the 85 gr hornady.

Might be better to move to handguns section. I have never tried little gun in anything but my SSM dotes on the 98 gr RCBS and unique, Lee 90 swc with red dot and the 3118 and AA2. I too had my days with H110 but don't see the need. 100-120 gr 30 cal bullet remains a small game extraordinaire combo at 1000 fps.

Yeah, I have, but I really cannot tell you as my firearm is a single shot and pressures are way above what your gun would take.

I did. There used to be a recommended load on Gunblast, before they got sponsored. I worked it up, it was accurate, but to get it to print POA/POI I would have needed about 1/8" more front sight.

I shortly thereafter decided if I needed that much power from a handgun to use a .357 instead of seriously overloading the .32H&R.

Life is much simpler when you can actually aim where you want the boolit to go, such as with the RCBS 32-098-SWC.

Lil Gun has a reputation as being a bit of a hot burning powder, you might want to use something else in your 32 magnum. Unique, 231, WST, etc should get you what you want. In a closed breech gun Lil Gun would be fine if you wanted top end velocities.

In my single six, I use a 120 gain rnfp with 4.0 grains of unique. It is accurate and powerful enough for what I use it for.
