As to "Trading stock", saving time, anything you particularly desire?

ManyIrons,

Yes I have one that has cast maybe 25 bullets, I thought I could use it in a repo Remington that I acquired, but they didnt fit. don't remember whether too big or too little.

Anyway, the mold casts well and at present I need a 25 caliber gas checked mold of around 80-85 grains more than I need the Lee mold.

I don't usually sell molds, but would rather trade, as money seems to just float away.

Of course I would not expect to trade a Lee mold straight across for another brand name mold, but I do have other molds that could be thrown in to sweeten the deal.

Why not send me a Personal Message and maybe we can work something out.

Tom

Many Irons,
That was quick - you didn't waste any time. Welcome to the nut house. :veryconfu I see you already made yourself to home. I learn something every time I visit, and unlike THR, the community here is small enough to get to know most of the regular posters pretty fast. BTW, Buckshot can turn your regular rn mold into a hp, too, but having both is fine indeed.

...............Tom good to see your post. I suspect the Lee-Ruger mould would have been too big. All the 44 repros run 454 at the outside. Ruger was different for thier pistol at .456".

Versifier, appreciate the 'advertisement' but Lee makes their SC mould hard to HP with that roller bearing alignment pin they put in there across the bottom :D

From my perspective, removing bottom alignment pin, now hollow-pointing device (Integral or seperate) new alignment index.

VERSIFER! Yes, enjoyable here! Much information! Thanks!
