I have two K98K’s. Chamber casts tell me my lands and grooves measure .324 G, .312 L for one and .327 G, .316 L for the other. . I just ordered both the Lee 8mm Karabiner 215 Grain Double Cavity Reproduction Mold and the Lee 8mm Maximum 225 Grain Double Cavity Reproduction Mold.

What size Lyman/rcbs bullet sizer die would be best to give me maximum velocities/accuracy without leading. I will be using gas checks.

On those rifles you may need two sizer dies. The one being larger may not shoot well with a boolit sized for the smaller. Only shooting will tell.
On your chamber cast, what do the throats measure at? These are often larger than the groove diameter. I have found sizing to the throat works better. The boolit is more centered in the chamber and provides a better seal. This helps improve accuracy and prevent leading.
Just going by the groove diameters you give, in rifle #1 i'd size to .325. On rifle #2 i'd size to .328. I might evn try another .001 to see if that's better.
If your boolits come out of the mold at least .329, if not they may not work as well in rifle #2.
Boolits sized to the throat even with them larger are not a problem. the very slight increase in pressure to size the boolit down to bore specs is insignifigant.

Size to .001 under throat diameter.

Here is a picture of my crude dimension drawings for both chambers. Please advise for correct sizer die for each.
