Ruger 480 Bisley barrel mad machine marks!

So a friend of mine picks up a brand new Ruger Bisley in 480 with 4 5/8" barrel.
He can't adjust the rear sights windage enough to get it on target. Yes, he's a very experienced shooter that knows how to sight in a revolver.
My guess is the front sight isn't in the center.
Now for the bigger problem, the inside of the barrel is absolutely unacceptable. I think he's getting a label to send it back.

Yeah, that’s pitiful. My guess is that Ruger will make it right.

Just a bit of tool chatter there! Ruger will make it right. They are one of the best customer service companies around. Some will argue they shouldn’t have to be and that certainly may be true, they make it right either way.

Oh, and the Ruger 480 is a dang fun gun to shoot. Not as much kick as you would expect.

Yes that is terrible and in my experience with Ruger they will make it good.
I have sent several back and Ruger has always fixed them.

Wow, kind of appears who ever is doing quality assurance must of been on break. I've always had great customer service from Ruger so there is no doubt they will take care of the issue.
