Gas check cast bullets

Hello All. I have been casting 38 pistol bullets for a while now and I would like to try gas checks. Any good manuals out there on how this is done? I don't know anyone who does this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

there at types of gas checks:

1) regular gas checks that fit over/around the indented area on the base of a gas check ready boolit
2) Plain Base gas checks are thinner than the regular gas checks and fit over the base of boolits not designed for gas checks

gas checks are made out of either dead-soft copper or soft aluminum
