higgins listed some civilian .223 brass in the STS/WTS section and I was in need of some. Easy contact t through PM and a check quickly sent in the mail but not so quickly delivered by the USPS - imagine that - :-) When my check cleared, higgins let me know that the brass was on the way and it arrived in fine shape - well packed and just a described. A great person to deal with and another example of the fine members on this site!
