Why would you waste time working up loads at 15 yards. Shooting for fun sure, but for trying to make accurate ammo, complete waste of time.

I started watching it and then noticed it was 28ish minutes. I didn't get to where he mentioned accuracy testing at 15 yards I don't think. 15 yards tells me nothing.
