^^^ This ^^^ It would require more than small scale end views to completely identify these items, but I see what appears to be a bunch of specialty dies that would have been used by a serious benchrester or wildcatter to form, size and otherwise alter the special brass needed for this very specialized branch of our hobby.

On the right side of the picture I see what appears to be several dies for lubricating and sizing lead bullets. I see several of the special extended shell holders used for sizing the shells as close to the base as possible. Other items are just too jumbled for me to even make an intelligent guess. :veryconfu
