Really all I need is the tap. I want to make my own powder measure stands.

I made my first powder measure stand with a standard nut that fit my rcbs measure. I welded the nut into a piece of strap metal that was bent to the right shape and the nut was welded into an oversixe hole. I then bolted the whole Z shaped mess to an ingot of lead that was about 1 inch thick and made with an old fullsize bread loaf pan. It worked for alot of years....I now have my RCBS stand bolted to the same ingot to this very day. I can move it about the bench that way and it is still stable(heavy though). I glued an old piece of felt to the underside of the ingot....still working some 18 years later. It ain't got to be pretty to work.
