Encore Question

Anyone have a good method for uncocking the hammer on their Encore. Am I missing something, or is pulling the trigger while holding the hammer the only method?

Yep, that's the only way. You can make it a bit safer though by holding the hammer back and remove your finger from the trigger ASAP to let the hammer block come back into position. The hammer only goes fully down with the trigger held back.
