Posting pics capacity limit error

Hi,
I’m getting a message in the S&S that I have hit a capacity limit for posting images. Is this described someplace I can read? Is it a monthly thing?

Most probably its the size of the images, try reducing the size (memory-wise) before posting

every once and a while i go into the attachment link (bottom link on the left panel in your inbox) and delete older attachments. I generally go after older and non active S&S pix or older posts where the pix don't really matter to get back to a "good" level. I also do it as a part of killing off old e-mails (inbox and sent) to keep them bellow the red zone
