Marlin 1895 Trapper Green Fiber Optic Front Sight

Found this on eBay "Marlin 1895 Trapper Green Fiber Optic Front Sight Replaces Skinner Front Sight". I liked the idea of a fiber optic sight and the price seemed reasonable so I thought I'd give it a try. It came in today and is well made and seems about as sturdy as the bear buster skinner front sight that it replaced. The fiber optic does what its supposed to and I'm happy with it. Best of all, my front sight isn't canted to the left anymore! Just thought I'd share.

Another asset of FO sights is when they fade out, you know it's not legal hunting/shooting time - which means there's no need to consult a timepiece to stay legal.
