45 cal load data for 365g boolit

I’ve got a 45 cal disc extreme
I cast some soft 465 g boolits sized to 541 ( tittle was wrong 465 NOT 365)
Veggie wads
Fed 209 primer
Triple 7 ffg

I’m looking for a starting load and targeted speed ?

I’m not sure how I’ll lube these yet ?
I’ve got bens liquid lube ( floor polish and Alox )
NRA ( beeswax and Alox )
Alox
Crisco
Powder coat
