Does anybody know of anyone who makes a reproduction of the original 211gr paper patched heeled bullet for the GP90 cartridge, or at least has the specs for the original design? I'm thinking of picking up an 1889 after Christmas and I'd like to be able to put mostly period correct ammo through it.
My backup plan would be to try to recreate the GP90/23 cartridge with a PCed cast boolit. Arsenal sells a mold that looks to be very close to that design. Instead of a 190gr CuproNickel jacketed RN, it would be a 188gr cast RN.
