350 Ledgend 310gr cast bullet project

I have been working on a project with the 350 Ledgend, with such a long case I want to run a super long heavy cast bullet for subsonic use. I drew up several designs and had Tom @ accurate molds cut one for me to start with. Well I received it Friday and had a chance to cast a few up to measure and see if they will work. (Only problem is I haven't received my 1:10 twist barrel yet....) with the lead in my pot they cast .357 diameter and weight is 308gr. Once I get the barrel in and the upper built I will start load development.

What a great idea! I am working with a 250gr boolit from Tom and just got to shoot it for the first time today.

I am so curious to see if you can get it all to function - your gonna need some gas so maybe some really quick powder? Seems like maybe A2400?

The barrel I ordered has pistol length gas, and if needed I will plug and shorten it to get it to run. I haven't started running #'s and powders yet hope to this weekend and come up with a starting load and see if I get lucky and it runs??? But I am still waiting on the barrel to come in.
