Gee . . . sorry it "offended" some of those who think this is just terrible. Perhaps this is a good thing though . . . the officers could use this as a "community project" and all of those that were offended by this could come in and "sponsor" one of the individuals whose photo is on the tree . . . you now . . . Invite them to their house to have Christmas dinner . . . take them Christmas shopping and buy them new clothes . . . .
