Found some GOEX Cowboy powder in the magazine

I was digging thru my black powder stash and found 2 pounds of Goex Cowboy powder I bought years ago because it was on sale. I found some old threads on here stating it was a blend of 2 and 3 F. Has anyone shot it thru a front loader?

It works fine in anything you'd use 3f for.
