I have to start over after tearing down one of 60 Kynoch rounds to find berdan primers. I don’t want to form any brass and have found three sources of it. The first is Graf and Sons, selling 20 rounds of properly stamped cases for 5.10 apiece or 102 dollars for 20. The second is Robertson Cartridge Company, also properly stamped, selling 50 at 5.70 apiece for 285 dollars. Lastly is Buffalo Arms, reformed brass at $2.36 apiece for 20 equals 47 dollars and 2.30 apiece for 50 at 115 dollars.

Has anyone had any experience with any of these cases they can recommend.

I've not used these, but the Ruger case is the logical brass to start with and the price is middle of your range.
Looks like good brass.

Buffalo brass looks like it is made from 50-110 and has a weird rim cut.
