Identify this swaging press?

Can anyone identify the maker of this barn find? It's definitely a swaging press based on the installed dies and is a heavy beast weighing in at 60 lbs. I suspect it was made in the '50s or '60s.

Looks quality hand made by a professional machinist.

A typical production machine has cast upper and lower frame components and pivot blocks.
If you are making 1 or a half dozen then they are machined since it doesn't make sense
to spend thousands on molds for cast iron/steel/aluminum.

Learned the press was made by Ralph Davis of MGM Bullets in SoCal back in the '60s. Anyone heard of him or his company?
