New PC help

I'd like to start by saying I am pretty darn dumb with computers ... I think a lot of you can commiserate with me on that .
Up until a couple months ago I didn't need a PC to do more then surf the web and watch the occasional video .

Things change , I got a small CNC mill and I now need my PC to run the cad / cam program for it . as of last night with a new update to that software my PC will no longer run it .

I need a PC or laptop that will meet the requirements as cheaply as possible , problem is when you start talking ram , v ram , cores all I can see is jibberish

I am hoping someone here has a little free time and can find me something I can use ... I am desperate and can't afford to buy something that won't work .
Do my homework for me and I'll make it worth your time somehow .
I have an all in one PC now so I'll also need a moniter .

Here are the requirements

x86-based 64-bit processor (e.g. Intel Core i, AMD Ryzen series), 4 cores, 1.7 GHz or greater

4 GB of RAM (integrated graphics recommend 6 GB or more)

Supported for DirectX 11 or greater
Dedicated GPU with 1 GB or more of VRAM
Integrated graphics with 6 GB or more of RAM

3 GB of storage

1366 x 768 (1920 x 1080 or greater at 100% scale strongly recommended)

Almost any new PC will meet those requirements.
Guess your issue is probably old 32 bit computer vs 64 bit. I've been buying both used and new lately. My last few items have been Lenovo, but most any brand is good. I would say most anything with an Intel i5 or better processor will run you a long while. If possible, get a SSD hard drive. monitors, get as large as you can afford, good 23 inch are $100 to 200. I just bought a good Lenovo for $187 total. I did pick that one as it has several different cable inputs.

This is a refurbished one from walmart. So returns are a go if it doesn't work.

This one does not have a dedicated video card, it has integrated but it has 8gb ram so should work. According to the specifications you supplied. I would personally spend extra for the upgraded gpu but at 208$ its definitely
