Can someone tell me what manual this comes from. I would like to have the entire book.

I don't know for certain. But the cover of the book on which the white charge sheet is lying looks like a powder company reloading manual--soft back pamphlet type. If the white sheet is extracted from it, then that's what you'd be looking for.

My pet cast boolit load for my 1903 is a H&G #20 169gr SP (Squibb) with 12gr Unique - just as listed here. I’d love that reference too if anyone figures out the source.

The book looks like an older hornaday manual. The sheet taped to the page I have not seen before.

I'm guessing this would have been in either Handloader, or Shooting Times. In the late eighties, I read an article about 10.0gr of Unique being a universal charge for medium and large cartridges. This looks like something they would do. Maybe a Nexus search could find it.

+1 for jimkim thoughts. The resolution of the image is not adequate for detailed inspection, but it is usable as is.

The brown column near the center is a tap and drill chart.

The white area the left is fractions to decimals of an inch.

The reloading list is cut out and taped on. The yellowing of the tape indicates it is probably over 30 years old.

The image does not show up on any of the common sites.

Looks like Hornady , Hornady Handbook of Cartridge Reloading , Rifle-Pistol Vol. II. (1973)
This is their second edition ... the edition #1 had no handgun data , just rifle data .
The page you are looking at is page 53 , where the rifle loading data starts , it reads

Data
printed on the red sheet .
I can't see what is on the white sheet ...glaucoma has left out the details ... can someone enlarge it ?
Hard to ID something when you can't pick up the details ...getting old is sucking more every day .
