Looking for a mold for my Ruger Single Six Bisley 32 H&R Mag and would like a meplat somewhere around 73-80% of bullet diameter and the weight range of 100gr - 110gr. Do any of you have experience with the Accurate molds 31-100F, 31-105K, or 31-110H in a 32 Mag? Thank you.
Alan

I've shot a lot of bullets that look a lot like the 31-105K design. The others also look like solid designs though, and I suspect it would be hard to go wrong with any of those choices. The designs without a SWC shoulder are favored by some, and I will say that I've found them to be less finicky as a general rule in my guns, including several ruger SSM's that I've owned.

Alan: I have the Accurate 31-090V and it can be run at 1,000+ fps in the H&R 32mag and has a nice wide flat point round nose. Gp

Alan, I'm in the process of getting started on a new 32 H&R Single Six Bisley and I'm getting the MP 314-640 115 grain. It's more of LFN style, but of course I'll use the HP pins.

I do already cast for a FA97 in 327 and use the MP Sledgehammer and the Accurate Molds 31-126D. They may be too much of a good thing for the H&R, so it gives me the excuse to get the 115 grain mold.

I've always had great luck with a LFN style bullet in revolvers. They seem to be easy to tune and remain accurate at longer handgun ranges. Not to knock a SWC or a WFN style.

DH - I too recently purchased the MP 314-640 115gr mold. It will serve as my heavy and now I am looking for a good mold in the 100gr range. Wish MP had the 314-640 100gr in stock...

I chose the accurate 31-090B for use in my 32/20's and 30 Carbine pistols. I'm not going for real hard hitting loads, just 1000-1100 fps. Nice meplat and accurate for me.

Accurate Molds will either have what you want or you can mix and match dimensions and create your own. I've also gotten molds from Tom where I had different styles in the same mold. Looking back I wouldn't do that again.

I'll go what I consider heavy for caliber and a LFN style and not look back. I've got a pile of MP brass molds and another pile of Accurate aluminum molds and I've got to say my Accurate aluminum molds cast easier. Never a concern with getting any tinning on the parting lines.
