Which vendor is good for buying 9mm plated bullets like Berry's or similar? Any experience with hollow base projectiles? Bullet weight? Thank you.

I use the Xtreme 124 grain truncated cone, with no issues. Even in these crazy times, they ship pretty fast, too.

Xtreme even makes great hollowpoint plated bulletshttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201117/0db297f10c1886af03730cd4838d7ef7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201117/a0246bf5e3881924919187c02ff92493.jpg

I have used Berry's 124 grain hollow base thick plated bullets. I'm using them in a carbine and the thick plate is necessary for the increased velocity, over a pistol. Besides that, they are one of the few manufactures that offers .356 diameter. Most everyone else is offering .355 diameter.

I used to buy Powerbond plated bullets at shows a few years ago and got good accuracy in various calibers. The plating wasn't as thick as Berry's, the cores were softer and the HP's would actually expand. I loaded them at full velocity for a carbine in .357. No trouble at all from exceeding the usual plated bullet velocity recommendation. They're at Conaveras plated bullets. https://store.tjconevera.com/nsearch.html?#search/q=PLATED&sortby=rel&main_category=&page=1&size=200&storeid=yhst-19878442352198/1

I load at least 5- 7 thousand plated 9-115’s a year. Plus as many more between the other pistol rounds I load. My first choice for plated bullets is Xtreme, Everyone’s price keeps going up, Xtreme a little more than others. They used to offer bulk packages (2-3 thousand) but not since their chapter 11.
Berrys are just as good.
Lately I’ve seen Speer plated bullets for sale, pretty sure made by someone else.
Berrys is the only manufacturer I’ve found that makes HBWCs for 38 special.
Xtreme stopped producing plated 30 carbine 110gr, RN, not happy about that.
Xtreme is tied into Capital Cartridge, Lewiston ID. I’ve seen a couple other manufacturers that state they make their bullets in Lewiston.
