I've been watching Jeopardy for as long as I can remember watching game shows.
Still can't believe the things people can know.
He was perfect as the host.
I can't imagine anyone else as the host.

He was a classy guy. Jeopardy was always my favorite of the game shows.

His mustache was laid to rest years ago, now this. Pancreatic cancer, stage 4. He was part of America in the same vein as Paul Harvey was. Another piece of 20th century America gone too soon.

Jeopardy is one of the few programs I watch on network TV.
He was a class act.

I believe pancreatic cancer is always fatal eventually. You either die from it or with it. The fact he made it to 80, a lot of people don't even without cancer, says a lot about his spirit. He fought a good fight.
No idea what his religous beliefs were, but I know he had a lot of folks praying for him.

Sad day, he will be missed. Seemed like a class act.

He was a true gentleman who brought much pleasure into the homes and lives of so many. He fought a good fight and was a great inspiration to others. May he rest in peace in a far better place. God Bless him and watch over his loved ones.

I do not really watch game shows but if I did .... it was Jeopardy. That said I saw enough to form an opinion that it was the top of the heap and in large part because Alex was a top form human being!
RIP Mr. Trebek!
