Election Day whitetail

Tonight the most recent old timer of mine, I just got it about three weeks ago, an 1894 Winchester in .32-40 got it done tonight. Shot this 5 point buck at about 50 plus yards, went a couple hundred yards, bleeding like a stuck pig all the way in the snow before he gave up the ghost. Not bad for an old gun made in 1909.

That's a cool rifle and a wonderful experience you've enjoyed with it. Did you use a cast boolit for the loading? Either way, glad you had a good time and were successful using this new to you longarm.
