I just got done loading about 3,000 .45 ACP rounds with commercial cast heads I have had for many years.
A few wears ago I bought a Lyman .45 apc mold (200g swc) with a .452 diameter and a Lee push thru sizer at .451, I also got a Lyman .44 mold (240gr swc)
.429 dia and a Lee push thru sizer at .429.
I am planning to powder coat instead of lube, do I have the correct mold sizer combo or do I need to change one or the other?

As a rule if thumb i size .45's to .452 and .44's to .431 but I don't powder coat. The groove diameter of the guns is an issue especially in semi autos. With revolvers cylinder mouths are the governing factor. Again this is with lubed boolits. Perhaps powder coaters will weigh in with their experience.

Thumbcocker is correct. I have PCed and purchased Hi-Tek coated bullets and I use the same methods and sizes I use for nekkid lead boolits. My 45 ACP bullets are .452" and my 44 Magnum bullets are .431"-.432". I usually size after coating...

.45 app gets sized at .452.
Every gone is different, but most commercial 200 SWC or 230 RN are sized at .452.

With powder coating you may get away with .451 bullets but .452 would be better. Again the .44 would work better at .430 to .432 but you may be alright if you do not push the 44 real hot.
What you did not mention is actual bore size. As long as you are .001 or .002 over bore you will be OK/

.452 for ACP size.

But always Check-6 on OAL/plunk* test as PC changes the (unsized) ogive-rollover dimensions slightly.
