Any difference in the 10 rd and 15 rd Glocks except the magazine capacity?

Difference is a few states don’t allow selling greater than 10 round magazines.
I once got a bargain on a new Sig 226 bc the distributor was stuck with models that came with only 10 magazines. Worked out fine for me.

There is ZERO difference in the gun itself. The only difference is the magazines.

And BTW, the Glock 19 is an outstanding pistol. In my opinion the G19 is one of the very best combinations of size, weight and capacity for a concealable, fighting pistol.
Like most Glocks, they are boringly reliable, capable of decent accuracy, a good value for the money and extremely durable.

I agree with Petrol on this one. The Glock 19 is sort of a modern day S&W M&P: a general purpose firearm that fits most people and serves extremely well as a defensive weapon. I recommend them to most people who ask me "what handgun should I get?"

But personally, I don't own one; they do not fit my hand well and I prefer my SIG's better accuracy and feel.

I got one each for the bride and children. I'm not a plastic fantastic guy at all even though I got my first one in 94. Regardless, for my EDC (and the wife and kids) I don't think I could find a better choice. You didn't ask about the actual magazines, but I will only use Glock magazines. I do change out the baseplates with Hyve Technologies though.

The 19 is a fantastic pistol, and the new 44 is a great understudy for it.
