I like the Lee powder measure for its cut-off feature, makes dumping excess powder back easy.
I turned up a spacer to fit outside the hex of the measure and inside the reservoir opening of the Duo Measure. I used a piece of 3/4IPS Sched 80 steel pipe, it was just the right size. Photos below
