How hard is it to make primer compound????
Cheap, with easy to find/get materials.

Cups and anvils can be rebuilt.

I don't know about from scratch, but I'm fairly sure you can buy the compound as a 2 part kit. I know they use it for reloading rimfire and percussion caps. I don't know if it would be the same for centerfire primers.
