The mould is a Harvey Protx bore design made to be cast with a zinc washer insert.
The zinc washers are somewhat hard to find but do pop up from time to time. The Hensley & Gibbs ledger entry for that design has the following information:

#224-? Caliber. 134 grains. "Harvey Protxbore", so is shot "as cast' and not sized.

The SFM on the mould means "Shoot from Mould". (No sizing required).

The Harvey moulds (there are several designs) were a transitional short lived design in the 1960's era before mass production of (relatively) inexpensive jacketed bullets for reloaders. Hensley & Gibbs made several of the Lakeville Arms Protx bore deisgns, but they were very low production. The H&G Protx designs do pop up on eBay from time to time.

With the arrival of mass production jacketed pistol bullets for reloaders, the Harvey designs fell out of favor with casters and shooters.
