Saw several deer this morning, was fixing to take a long shot on one when a huge doe and two other does came in at 25 yds. I broke her neck, bang flop. The show continued, with 7 more deer coming out in the field, all within 100yds. Also had 13 turkeys come out and join in. I will send pics to TBG to post on here. She went about #130 gutted. I am 5.8" and 290# and I usually make a doe look small, not this one. Every deer I get is special to me, since I am on 2 foream crutches to get around, due to having 3 strokes one day nearly 3 years ago. My right leg is paralyzed completely now, and my right hip is shot, but I still love to hunt. My wife works hard to make it happen for me too. Jus thought I would share.

Hey koger,
Congratulations, or as the Germans would say, "Weidmannsheil!" It's great to hear you don't let your impairment get you down, and really good to hear your bride is fully supportive. What did you shoot her with?

I shot her with a TC Omega, with 100grs of BH209, a copper jacketed ballistic tip .451, 300gr and a black crush rib sabot. This load shoots under MOA out to 300yds. I have a Nikon Inline XR300 scope, with real world BDC's out to 300yds. I have taken several deer from 150-280 yds with this set up, white tails and mule deer out west. I also hunt with several trad ML's with iron sights, conicals and pathced round balls.

When you told me of this, I just had to make some venison chili today! That doe is bigger than most bucks here.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201018/241ab4bb8383d31c14486b18bbdceff5.jpg
