what is this cartridge I found?

I found a cartridge that someone must have formed to be "something else" but not sure what it is.

It is stamped 30-30 Winchester, but it did not have a shoulder. Looked like a small 45-70.

likely a reformed 38-55, I made plenty using 30-30 brass.

I agree with ken. 38-55 or 375 win plinker.

probley what the 2 gentlemen above have stated i know i have fireformed 30-30 to 375 win for cast boolits. steve k
