For bore rider designs for use in the pre-microgroove Marlin barrels, are there any molds out that are known to fit the neck length, distance to rifling and the land to land bore diameter?

I can design one to fit the pre-microgroove chamber and barrel. But if somebody is already marketing one then I don't have to.

Yes (bore rider design), pre microgroove.
Something about like a Lyman #358156 with an extended .349" diameter bore riding nose.

I will have to check my notes. I shot a Lyman bullet for 358Win. I think I still have the mold. I’ve had 4 Marlin 336s in 35cal and I think they were all standard rifling.

Our experience with our 3 micro-groove 35s is they all shot better with an oversized slug about .0015-.002 over groove.

I you look at the link I posted you can see how my boolit engraves the rifling when I chambered it and cycled it through my action. My barrel slugs at .357” and I size to .3595” with excellent accuracy.

I size Lee copy of the RCBS 200 FP GC at 358 and it wonderfully accurate in my 1950 Marlin 35 rem. Lyman’s 358430 ( 195 gr.) at .358 diameter shoots well but it needs to be loaded so short so the rifling doesn’t engage the bullet that it sometimes causes the “Marlin jam” in my gun.

I just fired a tube of 7, 200 grain cast HP’s, .3595” sized boolits with an AOL of 2.415” in my 35 Rem 336 a few hours ago as fast I could cycle the action. It cycled so smooth I thought there was no ammo in my gun. I’m zeroed in and ready for gun season.

RCBS 250 does a great job. It used to be special order but has been discontinued. Saeco 352 does almost as good.

Yep. There isn't much data but it is a real killer. I have the 352 but my gun came with a bunch of the RCBS 250.

Glen had good things to say about the Saeco bullet

"Saeco was also clearly thinking of the .35 Remington when the #352 (their 245 grain GCFP) bullet was on the drawing board. The OAL of the cartridge when loaded with this bullet is 2.510", meaning that it just sneaks in under the maximum allowable length of 2.525". As a result, it cycles and chambers just fine crimped in the crimp groove (which leaves only the GC exposed below the bottom of the case neck). Bullets drop out of my mould blocks at about .360", making them an excellent fit for a slightly oversized bore. The Dupont Handbook lists 31.0 grains of IMR 3031 as being a maximum load for a 250 grain jacketed bullet when loaded into the .35 Remington, so this was chosen as my starting point for the Saeco bullet (which weighs 241 grains checked and lubed when cast with WW alloy). This combination gave fine accuracy and 1906 fps. Similar excellent performance was turned in by 32.0 grains of Acc. Arms 2520 (1897 fps). These last loads are also candidates for personal favorite in the .35 levergun."
