I know he was limiting what he was taking and was on the verge of not accepting any work.

I was talking with him quite a bit about taking his 1911 build class after going through a Vickers class about 5-6 years ago. Got set to make the down payment ut got schadenfreude ghighed tothe north slope for 5 months and the schedules didn't mesh. Haven't spoken with him in.... um 2-3 years.
