I am familiar with the Model 21 and the Model 950 and wondering where the Model 20 fits into the progression. Is it the size of the 950 or the 21 and how does the insides differ?

Thanks

If I recall correctly, the M-20 was the m-950, only DA, not SA. Slightly smaller than the m-21, they had the rep of being pretty reliable. My brother-in-law bought one for his wife as a talisman to ward off evil. Eventually, she learned to shoot his K-frame 38, and he sold the Beretta.

The 20 was same size and 25acp, it was dropped for improved 21 in 22lr or 25acp all DA. I haven’t got a lot of trigger time on 25acp. Most are not plinking class. The 21 in 22lr is one of the best, if not the best in class for both accuracy & function.
