Has anyone been successful with contacting customer service the last couple of weeks?
I haven’t!

I called about a month ago and had no issues getting a live person.

I spoke to a gal that called after I left a message.
She gave told me to use alcohol to clean the priming system as Hoppes #9c leaves a residue.
I have yet to use the 550B.
It’s set up for my Swedish Mauser in 6.5 x55.

I called. Message said hold could be up to one hour. They have a call back number, returning your call in less than one hour. Better than holding on the phone. Sent in a loader for repairs, got it back with great results.
