Arsonal Mold problems

I ordered a mold almost a month ago and their phone mailbox is full and I cant get a email response. Anyone felt with them recently?

My order took about three weeks. Did you set up an account with them, have you checked the status of your order through their website?

I ordered online and emailed. After posting here and Facebook I got a email. Glad they are busy, and dont mind just wanted to make sure it was not lost. Hopefully I will see the mold soon.

Good deal...yeh, I had correspondence from them saying they were busy and that they were trying to fill my order as fast as they could. It was worth it, their molds cast nice bullets, I think you will like yours.

Their was a mix-up with my order and I called and left a message. Jared called back after a couple of days (My call was just before the weekend) and we got it sorted out.

Mold made it finally and looks pretty good. Glad to have it, and gl qs d business is going so well for them.

Ordered my mould on September 19 was casting bullets with it on September 27. nice mould

i ordered a mold a week ago they sent email back saying there 3-4 weeks behind, I am glad they are upfront about it and not lie.

my mold ship date (4 weeks from order per their statement) is Nov 16th. Not going to bother them until maybe the 20th or so. Patience sux

Why not give a call? It is on USA... I understand if You live different continent it may sound hard thing to do...

most everything gun related seems to be slowed down these days and with the post offices and mail all buggered up ive learned to be very very patient and not expect much of nothing.
