A few years ago, during one of my Get into Shape phases, I subscribed to getting Dr. Greger's Blog. It's usually about dieting. Today's blog is about Lead consumption and is quite interesting.
The gist of it, is if you eat after you may have been exposed to Lead, your body is more likely to pass it through and not as likely to absorb the Lead. I guess the body is busy doing other things.
