NRA Sporter barrel profile vs 03A3 profile

I know that the NRA Sporter barrel is a bit larger in diameter (as per Brophy) but the profile in the chamber area looks closer to an 03A3 than it does to an 03.
How close are the 2 in actuality vs a picture ?
