They’re about to get hit by what is said to be the most powerful storm to hit LA in recorded history.

Having lived through Betsy and Katrina, I know too well what these poor folks are going to endure tonight, and for the foreseeable future. If you have friends or family down here, please be sure to check on them. They’re going to need a lot of help...
