Back in the day, I bought new a Dillon 450 and RCBS Big max presses and Star Lubri sizers from Star in California. I still have them to this day. Along with my original reloading manuals, I never dreamed my stuff would be vintage.

Same here. Now I'm 'vintage', same as my old Hollywood, Texan, Star, C-H, Pacific, and all the 50's-60's-70's Lyman & RCBS tools.

I had a similar reaction the first time I went into an antique shop and saw stuff I had used and played with as a child being sold as antiques. When did I become a vintage person?

I'm really, really OK with being vintage. Better than not getting to be of vintage age.

My wife told me last winter I was old, fat, and gray haired. I've lost 20 lbs, really ok with the old part, and still have most of my hair even if it's gray. Told her she's going to have to try harder to insult me.

You do realize that means you’re probably vintage also right? Lol
I feel your pain

Growing old can't be controlled, growing up is optional!
