Who made these and are there handles for them?

They look like high quality carbide cutters, one end has never been used. I would like to find a handle for them, rather than chuck them in a drill.

What is the length? Is there a hole in the cutting end? They look like cutters from a Lyman or similar.

The small pistol/rifle is 1 inch long and the large is 1.25" long, no holes both ends have cutters.

I believe sinclairs sold a very similar version of those uniformers. They cut the primer pockets bottom square and remove the radius in the corner. makes accurate seating easier. A file handle could have an insert turned up to turn them but they really need more speed to cut correctly.
