taurus yoke screw for 856

friend has an order to Taurus for over 6 mo, still no screw , can a j frame yoke plunger screw be used or where can a Taurus yoke screw be found? this screw has the plunger and spring in it.

My SWAG is that it won’t work, but it might be worth the little dab of money it will cost to try it. Midway USA sells that screw for around $3.00.
