Has anyone had any luck using a Mr. Bullet Feeder die on a Dillon?

Has anyone had any luck using a Mr. Bullet Feeder die on a Dillon?I have never messed with a Dillon but as long as it threads in the die I can't see why it wouldn't work. I use them on both Hornady so and lee load master, they work great. Best bullet feeding die I have found so far.

Awesome, do you use cast bullets also

I have used them with success but not with cast bullets.

The GSI’s work with cast but unless you find a used one that’s not going to help.

For me it works lovely. You have to play a bit with the ramp angle and the angle at which the feeder itself is hooked. Also make sure you minimize vibrations coming from the case feeder to which the bullet feeder is attached. I bolted the casefeeder to the concrete basement ceiling with 2 threaded bars, it improved the reliability of both the casefeeding as bulletfeeding.

It is designed for jacketed bullets. It also works with cast but then occasionally the feeder die gum up, you need to clean it every 50-100 cases. You can avoid it by putting a light coat of moly or a similar dry lube and then nothing gums up.

Actually for me this is one more argument to venture into powder coated boolits: no more dry lubing the already greased boolits for bullet feeder compatibility.

Mine works great with coated cast bullets of many different profiles I’m not sure how it would work with wax lured bullets.

Coated yes, haven’t tried lubed. I think the die would do okay with a hard lube, but it’d surely choke on anything tumble lubed.

I looked at them once. I wanted a die that would feed and seat a bullet so I sent the company an email asking if their die would do that. Their response was no, it only sets the bullet on the brass.

This wasn’t the right die for me but it might fit your situation well.

Another bonus of the GSI feeder, feeds and seats at #4 of the 650 or #7 of the 1050, so one can retain the powder check and seat and then crimp at separate stations.

Ok, So I Now have a MR. Bullet die in .40sw and have ran over 2k cast powder coated and not one hitch. I had some lubed bullets that I did before i started PCing. So i tried a couple hundred and not an issue. Very happy
