I've been eyeing it for weeks, and my weakness overcame me..... I am the new owner of a Blackhawk in .357. She's used, with some holster wear, but tight, with a really good trigger. Can't wait to shoot it. I believe I got a deal at 4 c notes.

I have a super Blackhawk with the 7.5 barrel that's a joy to shoot. I would be tempted to see if I could get a 9mm cylinder for the new possession!

A Blackhawk for $400 would sell here in a matter of minutes. You did well. However, pics or it didn't happen.

I've not been well versed in transmitting pictures in the past, but I will see if I can navigate cell to post. I was kinda shocked it was still there! I've been wrestling within myself for several weeks over this particular revolver. Every time I saw it, I'd argue about that or a mini lathe. The revolver won out!

Ironically, if I remember correctly, I could have gotten it, or one identical to it, for twenty dollars less before the plandemic started!

$400?? Jeez...my very first NEW handgun was a 4 5/8 BH and it only cost me $82.12 (incl. sales tax) ...in 1967! :kidding: Everything considered, though, I'd say you got a pretty good deal 'cause, with a little TLC, you could have that BH as long as I've had mine.

I got my rbh, used, in 1996. Never thought I would like a single action revolver, but when I first held it, I just couldn't pass it up. Mine is chambered for 45 colt, 7-1/2" barrel.

Nice !
My first centerfire handgun was a 4 3/4" 357 Blackhawk. Documented 25,000 + rounds through it.(lots 1000+ f/s loads, quite a few at the red line) Forcing cone was pretty much gone, Still was accurate.
